Stake-Geometry starts from a simple claim: value comes from the fact that things can matter to someone, and what matters to a person has a shape you can describe and measure. Around that idea sit a framework that argues for it and a free self-survey that draws your own shape. It has been developed over time, in dialogue, and it is offered as a serious work in progress rather than a finished system.
The writing is authored and edited by a person, with help from AI, and every page carries that disclosure. Ideas are introduced in plain language for general readers, with a more rigorous version kept for specialists. Where the framework gives ground, it says so in the open instead of smoothing it over, and a version history records what changed and when.
The method is called stake-geometry: the structure of what is at stake for you. The tagline, the shape of what matters, is the same thing said plainly. The coined term is kept for precision and to make the work citable; the plain words are how it is introduced.
